On the log in page, click "Forgotten your password?"
Enter the email address associated with your account and click "RESET"
Keep an eye on your junk / clutter folder for the email with your new password
Close all google chrome / firefox / yahoo browsers before attempting to enter your new log in details - including this one!
When you receive the email, open a new browser and go to our log in page. Type in your username (from the email) or email address into the Username field. Then copy & paste your password from your email into the Password field.
If you are asked whether you want to save the log in details, we recommend that you do.
